It marks no holidays, week numbers or moon phases, because those vary by country, employer and convention, and a wrong mark on a planning calendar is worse than a blank cell. In full-year mode the cell borders go and the numerals shrink so twelve grids stay legible on one page. Keep that sheet for finding dates, and print single months to write on.

For planning in 2028, start with the leap day. February 29 falls on a Tuesday, so anyone scheduling a February event has one more day to work with than in 2027. Yes. The page tells the print dialog to use a sheet exactly 215.9 × 279.4 mm for Letter or 210 × 297 mm for A4, and redraws the grid to fill the size you picked, so nothing is stretched from one size to the other. The one setting to check is scale: leave it at 100% or "Actual size", because "Fit to page" shrinks the sheet. The sheet is built inside your browser and printed from it, so no file is uploaded either way.
